"I bought all toyo sanitary first time for newly home ..I m facing two problem one is all my Tap got rust in just six month and the counter top wash besan coating damaged…I have already complained but they have the same answer which other customers are facing… Either I have paid the same amount to them same as other established brand are in market…if coating of counter top washbesan coating will damaged in one year they should inform us before buying"

"Don't buy Toyo products specially designer washbasin. I purchased same with vanity for my bathroom and in just 18 months coating came out. I spoke with their team and they said warranty is for 1 year and Local brand in market with lesser rate gives warranty for 2 to 3 years. Even vanity paint is peeled out and they said will touch up again with same colour."
